Terroir: Clay-limestone with the presence of gypsum
Vine variety: Chardonnay 40% – Moscato 60%
Type of system: Traditional trellis with simple Guyot pruning
Average age of vines: 15 years
Grape harvest: Traditional, by hand in crates
Average yield per hectare: 8000 kg. /5500 litres

Vinification: Gentle pressing of whole grapes to preserve the integrity of the clusters as much as possible. Fermentation begins at 18°C with selected yeasts in stainless steel. At the end of fermentation, the wine remains on its lees in stainless steel for a minimum of 8 months before bottling.

Tasting notes: A wine with a bright straw yellow colour, with a complex and intense bouquet of pear, banana, rose petals, honeysuckle and nutmeg. In the mouth it is balanced, fresh and persistent. The moderate alcohol content and good acidity enhance its drinkability.

Pairings: It pairs well with omelettes, both meat and fish carpaccio, and delicate first courses.
